Marina Sailer - Sonnenallee

Marina Sailer was born in Belarus in 1970. In 2001 she began her art studies at the Düsseldorf Art Academy in the classes of Prof. Tal R. and Prof. A.R. Penck and received her master diploma in 2007.  Ever since, the artist lives and works in Düsseldorf. In her works, Sailer invites one into her enchanted phantasy world, which seems to be located between reality and a dream world. The figurative works of Sailer are defined by their intensity, as well as their transparency, which imparts her depictions a noble and dreamy character.
